The City of Fitchburg hopes upgrades and safety improvements to Badger State Trail will bring more traffic to the trail and less to Seminole Highway.
The Fitchburg segment of the trail will be upgraded and pedestrian/biker ready in the next couple of weeks, said Gus VanderWegen, the Public Works project engineer. The city will hold a grand opening Sept. 18. Thursday, September 09, 2010
