Library to host discussion of city economies
The Fitchburg Public Library will host a presentation and discussion surrounding economic development in cities and towns Thursday.
The event is part of the "Green Tuesdays and Thursdays" series, and is titled "Curbside Chat."
Charles Morohn, president of Strong Towns, which sponsors the Curbside Chat, will speak on the subjects of how cities and towns have developed and the "financial productivity" of places, according to an event poster.
A Fitchburg-centric discussion of the issues will follow.
The event will be Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
